Jeffrey Max heads up Venda in North America. He joined Venda in 2003 bringing the company more than 20 years of experience creating, growing and transitioning software services companies. Before Venda, he was principal for PLR Advisors which provided executive-level consulting and turnaround services to enterprise software and VC-backed technology firms. Preceding PLR, he founded the B2B Exchange business for OptiMark Inc.
