Creating a plan for what to put on a mobile site

On a mobile phone screen, every quarter inch counts. Thus the amount of information that can appear on a mobile site is necessarily limited—but not limited in the same way for all retailers. Web-only merchants may want to display a certain set of products and some branding information while a chain may want to provide information that will help a store shopper make a decision, such as customer product reviews. This session will help retailers understand how to gauge what their sites need, how to prioritize those needs and how to monitor the mobile site to make sure content is suiting customers' needs. |
