The Internet Retailer 2009 Conference & Exhibition offers a wide variety of conference registration options, all of which have been priced at last year's levels even as the content of the conference has been greatly increased. In selecting which option best meets your needs, please review the summary agenda below and then refer to the schedule of fees to determine the price of the registration option you have selected.

Group Registration Discounts
Group registrations for three or more conference attendees from the same company registering at the same time will receive a 25% group discount off the prices listed above. Group registrations for IRCE2009 can be made via the web by accessing the online group registration page or by contacting IRCE2009 Conference Customer Service Manager, Chaz McCrobie-Quinn, at Chaz@verticalwebmedia.com or at 312-362-0107.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation of a registration must be made in writing and mailed to the Internet Retailer address below or e-mailed to customerservice@verticalwebmedia.com.

Cancellations postmarked or e-mailed prior to April 1 will be refunded in full less a $75 processing fee.
Cancellations postmarked or e-mailed prior to May 1 will receive a 50% refund.
Cancellations on May 1 or later will not receive a refund. Substituting a different person on an existing registration can be done online at any time without penalty.
