The World's Largest Display of E-Retailing Solutions

The Exhibit Hall Learning Experience: An exhibitor explains his company's e-retail software to a group of attendees at the Internet Retailer 2007 Conference & Exhibition. With over 315 exhibiting companies at IRCE 2008 in Chicago, the Exhibit Hall will display solutions of roughly two-thirds of all solution vendors in the e-retailing market.

Since the first event in 2005, the Exhibit Hall at the Internet Retailer Conference & Exhibition has boasted the largest display of e-retailing solutions in the world. For IRCE 2008, that is again the case. With 320 exhibiting companies and 447 10'x10'-equivalent booths, IRCE 2008's Exhibit Hall is larger than all other e-retailing conference exhibitions combined. Indeed, with 130,000 square feet of exhibition space, IRCE has emerged as one of the largest exhibitions in the retailing industry. Because the Exhibit Hall at IRCE 2008 is so large—27% larger than last year's event—and showcases technology from two-thirds of the companies which compete in the e-retailing solutions market, e-retailers attending the show will witness a state-of-the-art display of e-commerce technology that is every bit as educational as the conference sessions across the hall. Here in one venue, e-retailers can examine first hand the vast majority of e-retailing solutions on the market. If you are currently in the market for e-retail solutions or simply gathering information for a purchase down the road, the Exhibit Hall at Internet Retailer 2007 Conference & Exhibition provides an unrivaled opportunity to research the burgeoning e-commerce solutions market.

An Unrivaled Networking Experience

The Exhibit Hall at the Internet Retailer 2008 Conference & Exhibition is easily the largest exhibition in the history of e-retailing. But its size isn't the only thing that makes it unique, nor does that explain why attendees at IRCE 2007 gave such high marks to the show's exhibit hall experience. Fully 98.4% of attendees surveyed gave the experience a rating of "excellent," "very good" or "good," while only 1.6% rated it as "fair" and no one gave it a "poor" score. That's because the Exhibit Hall at IRCE always offers attendees a lively experience that is as entertaining and connecting as it is informative. The IRCE 2008 Exhibit Hall is designed to function as a base for social and professional networking with e-retailers from around the world as well as with solution providers and Internet Retailer's editors. Conference attendees will find a host of entertainment and networking opportunities and IRCE 2008 along with valuable bonuses. Paid conference registration includes the following:

Cyber Cafe
More than 90% of attendees at IRCE 2007 rated the Cyber Cafe in the Exhibit Hall either as "excellent,"
"very good" or "good." Those who gave it a lower rating did so because the Cyber Cafe's 16 free-use computer terminals
were always occupied by attendees checking e-mail, arranging meetings at the show with fellow e-retailers and vendors,
and accessing the web via the broadband link. We are addressing that need at IRCE 2008, where the Exhibit Hall will
feature two large Cyber Cafes each occupying a 30x20-foot space and equipped with a total of 32 high-speed Internet
terminals. Each terminal provides free broadband access to e-mail and the web, compliments of the two CyberCafe
sponsors—Gomez and webloyalty.com.
Food & Beverage
The Exhibit Hall at IRCE 2008 will be the site of two evening cocktail parties, two breakfasts, one site-down
luncheon, one box lunch, and a total of four beverage and dessert breaks during the show. All of
these are complimentary to attendees, who will be served at four large food and beverage stations. In
addition, a large dining area with an ample supply of banquet tables and chairs has been set aside in the
back of the hall, creating an ideal spot for impromptu gatherings and networking meetings.

Win-the-Wheels Booth Tour
The 20x30-foot Internet Retailer Booth, located in the center of the Exhibit Hall at IRCE 2008, will display the
fully-equipped 2008 Cadillac CTS will be given to the winner of the Win-the-Wheels Tour, all sponsored by display advertisers in the June 2008 show issue of Internet Retailer. The Win-the-Wheels
contest, which is designed to encourage attendees to visit the booths of these advertisers, is always one of the most
exciting events in the IRCE Exhibit Hall. Many attendees reported that the Win-the-Wheels Tour paid educational dividends
by encouraging them to stop by vendor exhibits they should have visited but might have overlooked had it not been for the
Tour. And in the case of one lucky attendee, the dividend was a brand new Mercedes 320 convertible. For 2008, the Internet
Retailer Win-the-Wheels Tour has added a consolation prizes in the form of Apple iPhones, which will be given to 20
attendees who complete the Win-the-Wheels Tour.

Internet Retailer Media Center
During the conference, Internet Retailer editors will conduct live interviews with e-retailers about their online retail
businesses and with exhibitors and sponsors about their e-retailing solutions. Each interview will take place at a 20x30-foot
open-space studio designated as the Internet Retailer Media Center. These five-minute interviews will be digitally recorded
(video and audio) and posted on the high-traffic Internet Retailer web site (internetretailer.com) for six months and can
be accessed through an IR Media Center link on the home page. Copies of the digital recordings will be available to both
e-retailers and vendors for posting on their sites.

Top 500 Giveaway
For the fourth year running, Venda will underwrite the free distribution of the Top 500 Guide to all paid
conference attendees at stations throughout the Exhibit Hall. The Giveaway, which will take place during the mid-morning
beverage break on Day Three of the show, each year produces a flood of attendee traffic in the Hall and has consistently
been one of the highest-rated events by conference attendees. The Top 500 Giveaway at IRCE 2008 will involve the fifth
edition of the Top 500 Guide, which will be published in the week preceding the conference and will include brand new
rankings based on 2007 online sales and detailed profiles of the nation's 500 largest e-retailers. The 376-page Guide sells
separately for $69, but it is free to all paid IRCE 2008 attendees thanks to this generous sponsorship by Venda.

IRCE 2008 Networking Dinner Party
Internet Retailer along with two sponsors will host a gala dinner party at the Excalibur, an exclusive night club located
in the heart of the River North section, Chicago's dining and entertainment center and housed in a striking red granite
structure designed by famed architect Henry Ives Cobb in 1892 and designated an Chicago historical landmark. Buses will
transport attendees from IRCE hotels to the Excalibur where attendees will be wined and dined in the informal surroundings
of a three-story party center that features a dance club, large cocktail lounges, and a pool room.

Booth prices start at $4,750 for 10'x10' booths reserved through February 28, 2008, and at $5,750 for 10'x10' booths reserved after that date. To add your name to the waiting list for booth space, please contact Steve Rogers.
