Sean McDonald leads Dell's Global Online Community group in designing and operating online community activities at dell.com/community. Sean joined Dell in 1997 as a marketing manager in the Consumer Business. In 1999, he became Dimension brand manager. He joined the Client Product Group in 1999 and returned to Consumer segment in 2002 to lead the brand team. In 2004, Sean transitioned to Dell Services.
