Lou Weiss is responsible for business performance of the direct-to-consumer business of The Vitamin Shoppe, including Internet, catalog, and customer care. Before joining The Vitamin Shoppe in 2006, Lou was president of Gaiam Direct, where he had responsibility for the direct-to-consumer businesses of Gaiam Inc. Before Gaiam, he held positions at private equity/venture capital backed direct-to-consumer businesses.
