When Jeff Carter joined Backcountry.com in 2001, he supervised one part-time shipping employee. Now he directs more than 140 full-time and 98 part-time employees, oversees a warehouse with more than 400 brands and 114,000 SKUs, and manages fulfillment of 1.5 million orders a year. Jeff spent 15 years in the Logistics Division at Mervyn's and three in warehousing and distribution at Sundance Catalog Co.
