David Dwek manages the online business and customer retention for Trans World Entertainment, the largest retailer of CDs, DVD, and video games, with 1,000 stores and five web sites. He is responsible for FYE.com, SunCoast.com, and SamGoody.com, as well as Backstage Pass, the multi-channel customer loyalty program. Previously, he was marketing director at Etronics.com, and an ecommerce consultant.
