Co-founder David Boctor provided the initial funding for Faucet Direct Inc., which became ImprovementDirect. Prior to the company, he was with Cisco Systems in the e-commerce division, where he helped Cisco customers electronically configure product purchase over the web. David is active in the business on many levels including employee management, rich media development and strategy.
