Once every year, the leading vendors of solutions for the e-retailing market come from around the world to display their products and services under one roof—the Exhibition Hall at the Internet Retailer Conference & Exhibition. At IRCE 2007, that roof will cover 93,000 square feet of column-free exhibit space and will contain 340 10'x10' equivalent exhibit booths set up by more than 250 e-retailing solution providers—or roughly half of the vendors in the total e-retailing market. Because the Exhibit Hall at IRCE 2007 is so large—nearly 50% larger than last year's event—and represents such a large share of the worldwide e-retailing vendor market, e-retailers attending the show will benefit from an Exhibit Hall that is an educational resource, one that's every bit as valuable as the informative conference sessions. No other e-retailing conference comes close to providing this ability to examine first hand all major e-retailing solutions on the market and witness the state-of-the-art of e-commerce technology. If you are currently in the market for e-retail solutions or simply gathering information for a purchase down the road, the Exhibit Hall at Internet Retailer 2007 Conference & Exhibition provides the best opportunity to research the expanding solutions market.
Monday, June 4th - 4:00PM to 7:00PM (Opening Champagne Reception)
Tuesday, June 5th - 7:00AM to 6:45PM (Includes Cocktail Party on Tuesday night)

When the doors of the 93,000-square-foot Exhibition Hall of the Internet Retailer 2007 Conference & Exhibition are opened on June 4, 2007, this is what the more than 4,000 conference attendees at the show will see—the largest exhibition of e-retailing solutions ever assembled under one roof.

The Exhibit Hall at the Internet Retailer 2007 Conference & Exhibition is not only 50% larger than at last year's show and the largest exhibition in the history of e-retailing, it also offers attendees a lively experience that is as entertaining as it is informative. The IRCE 2007 Exhibit Hall is designed to function as a base for social and professional networking with e-retailers from around the world as well as with solution providers and Internet Retailer's editors. Conference attendees will find a host of entertainment and networking opportunities and IRCE 2007 along with valuable bonuses. Paid conference registration includes the following:

The Attendee Communications Center (CyberCafe) in the Exhibit Hall of IRCE 2006 was rated as a good to excellent addition to the show by 83% of attendees surveyed, and most of the remaining who gave it a "fair" rating did so because the CyberCafe's 10 free-use computer terminals were always occupied by attendees checking e-mail, arranging meetings at the show with fellow e-retailers and vendors, and accessing the web via the broadband connection. We are making a good thing better at IRCE 2007 by expanding the CyberCafe by 50%. Sponsored by Gomez, the CyberCafe will occupy a 30x20-foot space in the center of the Exhibit Hall and will be equipped with 16 high-speed Internet terminals. Each terminal will offer broadband access to e-mail and the web compliments of Gomez.
We made a major effort to upgrade the quantity and quality of the food available in the Exhibit Hall at IRCE 2006 as part of our program to make Exhibit Hall visits a vital social and professional networking experience for all attendees and exhibitors. The result: Food ratings got a big boost in the post-show survey. The Exhibit Hall at IRCE 2007 will receive even greater emphasis on its complimentary food and beverage offerings in order to enhance the networking experience. The Hall will be the site of two evening cocktail parties, two breakfasts, one box lunch, and a total of four coffee, tea, soda and dessert breaks during the show. All of these are complimentary to attendees, who will be served at four large (20x30-foot) food and beverage stations each with an ample supply of banquet tables and chairs, making them an ideal spot for impromptu gatherings.

Internet Retailer 2007 Conference & Exhibition is pleased to announce the performance of Big Bad Voodo Daddy at the main banquet and sit-down dinner party on the evening of June 5, which is free to all paid conference attendees. Big Bad Voodoo Daddy, one of the country's most popular contemporary swing bands, rocketed to fame and up the charts in the mid-1990s as a key part of the national revival of swing music and was featured in the hit movie Swingers. Performing in their signature jazz-era pinstriped suits and brimmed hats, the band never fails to inspire their audience to dance and the dance floor at the IRCE 2007 Banquet Hall will make that urge all the more inviting. The eight-member band has performed their jazz-swing style of music at a wide range of venues, from their half-time performance at Super Bowl XXXIII to TV appearances on both Jay Leno's Tonight Show and the Late Show with David Letterman. In addition to the band’s performance, the dinner banquet will feature drawings for vacations for two to exciting destinations around the globe. Details and contest rules will be provided at the show's registration desk.

The 20x30-foot Internet Retailer Booth, located in the center of the Exhibit Hall at IRCE 2007, will display the 2007 Mercedes-Benz 350 Cabriolet convertible that will be given to the winner of the Win-the-Wheels Tour sponsored by advertisers in the June 2007 show issue of Internet Retailer. The Win-the-Wheels contest, which is designed to encourage attendees to visit the booths of these advertisers, was one of the most exciting events in the Exhibit Hall at IRCE 2006. Many attendees reported that the Win-the-Wheels Tour paid educational dividends by encouraging them to stop by vendor exhibits they should have visited but might have overlooked had it not been for the Tour. And in the case of one lucky attendee, the dividend was a brand new Jaguar X-Type Sedan. |

During the conference, Internet Retailer editors will conduct live interviews with e-retailers about their online retail businesses and with exhibitors and sponsors about their e-retailing solutions. Each interview will take place at a 20x30-foot open-space studio designated as the Internet Retailer Media Center. These five-minute interviews will be digitally recorded (video and audio) and posted on the high-traffic Internet Retailer web site (internetretailer.com) for six months and can be accessed through an IR Media Center link on the home page. Copies of the digital recordings will be available to both e-retailers and vendors for posting on their sites.
For the third year running, Venda will underwrite the free distribution of the Top 500 Guide to all paid conference attendees at stations throughout the Exhibit Hall. The Giveaway, which will take place during the mid-morning beverage break on Day Three of the show, each year produces a flood of attendee traffic in the Hall and has consistently been one of the highest-rated events by conference attendees. The Top 500 Giveaway at IRCE 2007 will involve the fourth edition of the Top 500 Guide, which will be published in the week preceding the conference and will include brand new rankings and detailed profiles of the nation's 500 largest e-retailers. The 260-page Guide sells separately for $59, but it is free to all paid IRCE 2007 attendees thanks to this generous sponsorship by Venda.

Booth prices start at $4,500 for 10'x10' booths reserved through February 28, 2007, and at $5,500 for 10'x10' booths reserved after that date.
A wide variety of sponsorships opportunities have been offered to IRCE 2007 exhibitors, and some still remain available. |
