Tim Laudenbach leads the Credit Risk Department's Operational and Investigative teams and manages all BestBuy.com fraud strategies, including fraud prediction, prevention and prosecution. He is responsible for implementing and maintaining all BestBuy.com payment applications and tender types and for the integration of new fraud detection technologies, tools, and desktop applications. Tim joined BestBuy.com after 15 years at Fingerhut Cos. Inc. He is a management graduate of Concordia University, St. Paul, and has been a member since 2001 of the Merchant Risk Council where he serves on the Advisory Board.
