Scott Potter is founding managing partner of San Francisco Equity Partners. He has been involved in over 75 private equity financings, 20 public offerings and 15 M&A transactions. He is chairman of The Guild and on the boards of MCF Corp., Method Products, Penguin Computing, Rave Motion Pictures and Modviz Inc. Scott previously was a managing director of LMS Capital, the private equity arm of London Merchant Securities, where he oversaw the North American Private Equity and Venture Capital portfolio. Before joining LMS, Scott was senior vice president of field operations at Inktomi Corp.
