Luke Friang oversees technology planning, development and operations at Drugstore.com and Beauty.com. Luke previously was senior director of e-commerce technologies at Costco Wholesale Inc. where he was part of the team that took Costco.com from $100 million to $700 million in annual sales. He was responsible for planning, execution and support of the online business’s IT strategy. Before Costco, Luke directed The Spiegel Group’s Internet initiative, responsible for e-commerce technology operations. Prior to Spiegel, Luke was manager of call center systems and operations for Progressive Media Inc.
