Jay DeWitt has more than 25 years experience in the payments industry, with particular interests in the economic, operational and strategic concerns facing acquirers, merchants and merchant service providers in traditional and e-commerce settings. Before joining Glenbrook, Jay headed Global Payments at Amazon.com where he was responsible for acceptance strategies and operations. Prior to Amazon.com, he was vice president of product, operations and client services at eCash Technologies and headed eFund's SCAN product group. He also has had an extensive career at Visa and held positions at Seattle First National Bank.
