Charlene Li, Vice President & Principal Analyst, Forrester Research
As a Marketing, Strategy & Technology team analyst, Charlene Li examines the ways new technology affects how companies communicate with consumers. Her research focuses on social computing, consumer portals and search, media site design, local media and online classifieds. Prior to Forrester, Charlene was publisher of interactive media for Community Newspaper Co. in Massachusetts, where she started its award-winning Town Online web site. She is also a former strategy consultant for Monitor Co. Charlene is a graduate of Harvard University and holds an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School. |
