Craig Horsley is the Site Operations Manager for JCP.com where his primary responsibility is managing the daily operations for the web site. Additionally, Craig manages the development and integration of new functionality to JCP.com and was the business lead in the design and development of JCPenney's e-publishing application which allows internet merchandisers to update the site without IT intervention. Craig joined JCPenney in 1994 in the Company Communications department before moving to the Internet in 2000. Prior to JCPenney, he served in the U.S. Army for six years as a broadcast journalist.
