In the last five years with the online jewelry retailer, Ezzie has built the risk management department into an innovative and trend setting part of Ice.com, which is ranked by Internet Retailer's Top 400 Guide as the nation's 178th largest e-retailing business with online sales of $27.2 million in 2004. Before working at Ice.com, Ezzie was a project manager at Educational Technology Partners.
