Robert P. Myers, Vice President of Merchandising, QVC.com

Robert Myers was named Vice President of Merchandising for QVC.com in June 2001. In this position, Bob is responsible for setting the online merchandising and strategic direction for all product categories offered on QVC.com, as well as for working closely with each of the merchandising vice presidents to maximize growth opportunities and synergies. Prior to joining QVC, Bob was director of the Internet home and leisure division for JCPenney, where he developed the merchandising strategies and financial plans for the home, music, luggage, sports and recreation businesses. In this position, he was successful in bringing key national brands to JCPenney.com that weren't previously offered at Penney's stores or through its catalog. Bob also was responsible for the development of the Internet Kiosk Strategy at all JCPenney stores and managed a $700 million catalog referral program. He received his bachelor's degree in business studies from Buffalo State University and his master's certification as an e-commerce professional from Southern Methodist University.
