Tamara Mendelsohn, Analyst, Forrester Research, Inc.

Tamara is an analyst on Forrester's Consumer Markets team. Her focus is on commerce platforms and other online selling tools as well as retail technologies that enable and support multi-channel sales strategies. Prior to her work as an analyst, Tamara served as TechRankings project manager, leading Forrester's TechRankings research, conducting hands-on, scenario-based lab evaluations of emerging software markets. In this role, she conducted evaluations of more than 50 software products. Tamara began her career at Forrester as a research associate in Forrester's TechRankings team. In this role, she supported Forrester's TechRankings product evaluation research on a range of topics, including enterprise content management, portal technologies, consumer marketing platforms, and business process management tools. Tamara is a magna cum laude graduate of Wellesley College with a B.A. in comparative literature and economics.
