Online Marketing Vet Joins the Bigcommerce Executive Team

Jeremy Hermanns becomes vice president of marketing demand generation.

AUSTIN, TX — May 6, 2013 — Bigcommerce, the leading  e-commerce platform for fast-growth small to medium businesses, today announced that Jeremy Hermanns has joined the executive team as vice president of marketing demand generation. 

Hermanns brings more than 10 years of experience in online marketing, with a particular focus on direct response and brand building. His background includes previous executive-level roles at legal solutions company LegalZoom, where he led SEO, SEM and display, plus implemented in-house paid search tracking tools and web services. Most recently at Onestop, a leading  retail e-commerce development platform, Hermanns was responsible for all online and analytics-based marketing initiatives and established a new performance-based marketing division.

Relocating to Austin from Los Angeles, Hermanns welcomed the opportunity at Bigcommerce.
