Edison, NJ, March 19 2013 – ReD, a leading global provider of fraud prevention and payment services, has collaborated with Discover to provide customers of its ReD Shield real-time fraud prevention service with a direct interface to the Discover Verify+ WebService, for purchase data authentication. ReD Shield is the first online fraud prevention service to incorporate this functionality.
Discover’s Verify+ WebService allows a merchant’s fraud verification agent to authenticate cardholder details before fulfilling an order. The agent simply accesses the service directly, with a one-button click, from the ReD Shield Customer Service Interface.
