Kenshoo has hired Josh Dreller as director of marketing research.

Kenshoo says Dreller will lead a team tasked with culling insights from data collected via the digital marketing technology firm’s platform.

Kenshoo’s services help advertisers manage the performance of digital ads, including paid search ads, display ads and ads on social networks, and how to attribute sales to those various marketing methods. The company raised $12 million in a funding round last year.

Dreller’s last role was as senior director, client and industry solutions, at Visual IQ Inc., a marketing attribution software provider. Prior to Visual IQ, Dreller spent five years at digital media agency Fuor Digital as vice president of media and analytics.
