FiftyOne integrates Demandware LINK

As a LINK Technology partner, FiftyOne has created a pre-built integration making it faster and easier for online retailers to deploy FiftyOne’s international ecommerce solution and extend their existing ecommerce operations to online shoppers in 103 countries and territories worldwide.

New York City – February 20, 2013 – In an ongoing effort to simplify online international expansion for U.S. retailers, FiftyOne Global Ecommerce (www.fiftyone.com) today announced that it has become a Demandware LINK Technology Partner, joining a best-of-breed community that accelerates the adoption of innovative commerce technologies that are complementary to the Demandware Commerce platform.

As a LINK Technology partner, FiftyOne has created a pre-built integration making it faster and easier for online retailers to deploy FiftyOne’s international ecommerce solution and extend their existing ecommerce operations to online shoppers in 103 countries and territories worldwide.

“Retailers are increasingly focused on generating awareness and growing sales outside of their domestic markets,” said Michael DeSimone, CEO, FiftyOne. “The combination of the Demandware platform with FiftyOne’s international ecommerce capabilities creates a powerful opportunity to accelerate global growth while offering the retailer full control over how their customer experiences their brand.”

More than 120 of the world’s most prestigious brands in the U.S. rely on FiftyOne to expand beyond their borders and connect with new consumers in new markets. Many of these online retailers also turn to Demandware for a robust commerce platform that enables them to easily execute international merchandising strategies and support their global growth.

“The Jones Group is excited to partner with FiftyOne and Demandware to bring its portfolio of iconic fashion brands directly to consumers around the world,” said Scott Bowman, Group President of Global Retail and International Development, The Jones Group. “This collaboration provides online shoppers with a consistent brand experience localized for their market.”

The collaboration with Demandware stems from FiftyOne’s commitment to increasing online retailers’ international capabilities by providing forward-thinking solutions and strategic relationships.

"Demandware has enabled some of the world’s leading brands to launch and scale their ecommerce operations easily and efficiently,” said Tom Griffin, SVP Corporate Development, Demandware. “By incorporating the international ordering capabilities provided by FiftyOne through the LINK Technology Partner Program, our clients now have the ability to localize their online storefront and transact with shoppers in more than 100 countries and territories worldwide.”
