The retailer also offers a Millionaires Club loyalty program whose perks include free expedited shipping on all orders, coupons and e-mail offers. The site’s content-heavy product pages display the percentage of money consumers save compared to the average retail price when they buy a book. The product pages also display various formats a shopper can buy a book in, such as e-book or used from a marketplace seller. Books-A-Million.com’s home page also presents an extensive What’s New section with a “Most talked about books” tab and other tabs that rotate weekly displaying hot items or subjects.
