Newegg Inc., a web-only retailer of consumer electronics and No. 13 in Internet Retailer’s Top 500 Guide, has added two executives to its leadership team. Shelley Perry is the e-retailer’s new senior vice president and chief technology officer for North America, and Merle McIntosh is its new senior vice president of product management for North America.
Perry most recently was chief technology officer and vice president of industry product development for Hewlett-Packard Co. H-P’s Home & Home Office Store is No. 21 in the Guide. At Newegg Perry will oversee all technology initiatives, the e-retailer says. McIntosh arrives at Newegg from PC Connection Inc., No. 39 in the Guide, where he was senior vice president of marketing and product management. He is charged with leading Newegg’s product management team.
