For more than 100 years consumers have bought and sent Hallmark greeting cards to family and friends. Now, via Hallmark’s online store they can buy and send personalized greeting cards for any occasion. A panel on the home page displays the most popular personalized cards, such as greetings for Veteran’s Day and Christmas. After selecting a card, a consumer presses the Start button that loads an image of the card showing a placeholder for the buyer’s own photo and a text box for writing a personal message that will appear inside the card. Once done adding images and text, the consumer is shown a preview of the completed card. When the shopper approves the design, Hallmark ships the card to the recipient or to the consumer, which is handy should the purchaser want to sign the card.
