Strong weekend sales point to a hot Monday

78.4% of e-retailers are expected to offer some special promotion for Cyber Monday, according to Shop.org, the e-retail arm of the National Retail Federation. Consumers can e-retailers to offer free shipping and site-wide percent-off offers, and perhaps even limited-time deals over lunch hours, says Ellen Davis, vice president of the NRF. “This year retailers are as promotional on Cyber Monday as they are on Black Friday,” she says.
