Williams-Sonoma acquires maker of lighting fixtures and home goods

Housewares and home furnishings retailer Williams-Sonoma Inc. has acquired Rejuvenation Inc., a manufacturer of authentic reproduction lighting and home accessories, such as door and cabinet hardware. Terms were not disclosed.
Rejuvenation’s lighting fixtures are sold as designed or can be customized. The brand’s products are sold through its catalog, web site and retail stores in Portland, OR, Seattle and Los Angeles.
Rejuvenation, No. 860 in the Internet Retailer Second 500 Guide, was founded in 1977 and its lighting and home-goods product lines span periods from the 1870s to 1960s. Collections include Victorian, Classic Revival, Arts & Crafts, Industrial and Deco.
