Digby Adds Chief Sales Officer to Support Rapid Growth in Retail Mobile Commerce and In-Store Mobile Engagement

AUSTIN, TX — July 18, 2011 — Digby, the leader in mobile commerce and in-store mobile engagement for top retail brands, announced today that Keno Helmi joins the Digby executive team as Chief Sales Officer with responsibility for worldwide field operations.

Keno, with more than 16 years of high-tech sales experience, has held senior leadership roles at companies including Clarify, Amdocs, and Opsware. Most recently, Keno ran the Global Accounts Organization at HP Software with a revenue responsibility of $500 million and managed a team of over 120 sales professionals. Keno holds a Bachelor of Science in business administration with a minor in English and a Master of Science in economics from Auburn University.

With 2011 studies showing 41 percent of smartphone owners have made a purchase from their phonei, and 46 percent of consumers have used their phone to get product information while in a storeii, those numbers will only continue to grow.
