Online marketing firm The Rimm-Kaufman Group LLC has hired Paul Wilson as executive vice president of client development. He will oversee the expansion of the online marketing firm’s service into more vertical markets

Wilson comes from digital marketing firm iProspect, where he spent eight years and was most recently chief revenue officer, Rimm-Kaufman says. Wilson also has worked at Northern Light Technology, Gannett Broadcasting and Tribune Broadcasting.

“RKG is ideally positioned to capitalize on emerging trends in online marketing and is ready to scale,” said Wilson. In particular, Wilson says Fortune 500 companies in travel, retail, finance and other verticals want successful online strategies, which Rimm-Kaufman Group can help to craft.

Wilson is the Rimm-Kaufman Group’s second executive hire in the past month. In May, Rimm-Kaufman hired former Google senior agency sales associate John T. Shea as vice president of strategic accounts.
