HSN Inc. has hired an executive vice president of digital commerce, a new position.
Jill Braff will supervise the multichannel retailer’s e-commerce, mobile and social media platforms. She also will develop new e-commerce initiatives.
“Jill’s appointment underscores HSN’s commitment to further advancing our e-commerce platform and continuing to elevate the company’s position at the forefront of transactional innovation,” Grossman says. “A results-driven media executive with experience in consumer entertainment and emerging technologies for publicly traded companies, Jill will help expand HSN’s reach to customers both online and on-the-go.”
Braff came to HSN from Scrapblog, an e-commerce company that sells photo packaging products, where she was president and CEO. She also worked for six years as senior vice president of global publishing for Glu Mobile, a mobile game publisher. Previously, she held positions at Ancestry.com and the U.S. arms of video game companies Sega Corp. and Nintendo Co.
