DENVER, September 21, 2010 — Eight retail and financial clients from across the country recently chose Customer Communications Group, Inc. (CCG), as their partner in developing and fine-tuning a variety of loyalty, retention and direct marketing initiatives. CCG is a full-service, Denver, Colo.-based customer relationship marketing agency.

It operates 700 offices in 19 Western and Midwestern states. CCG is assisting the bank in leveraging data to better target retail customers for home equity products.
Dunham's Sports – One of the largest full-line sporting goods chains in the U.S., this Waterford, Mich., retailer serves customers through more than 150 stores in 12 states. CCG is helping Dunham's develop customer-centric e-mail marketing campaigns based on customer preferences and purchase behaviors.
Eddie Bauer – This outdoor wear and gear retailer, based in Bellevue, Wash., has approximately 370 stores in the U.S. and Canada. CCG is helping Eddie Bauer review and refresh its customer rewards program.
EZCORP – Based in Austin, Texas, this financial services company is a leading pawn store operator and provider of short-term consumer loans to the cash- and credit-constrained consumer. EZCORP has operations in the U.S., Canada and Mexico, as well as other strategic international partnerships. CCG is helping this fast-growing company develop a comprehensive marketing plan, and is providing other ongoing strategic and creative services.
TCF Bank – A Wayzata, Minn.-based financial holding company with $18 billion in total assets, TCF has 441 banking offices in Minnesota, Illinois, Michigan, Colorado, Wisconsin, Indiana, Arizona and South Dakota. CCG created an e-mail-based lead-nurturing program for the bank.
Ulta Salon, Cosmetics & Fragrance, Inc. – Ulta is the largest beauty retailer that provides one-stop shopping for prestige, mass and salon products, and salon services in the United States. CCG is assisting the company in building a loyalty platform solution to help move its current loyalty program to the next level.
Whitney Bank – Based in New Orleans, La., and in continuous operation since 1883, Whitney specializes in community banking in the five-state Gulf Coast region. CCG is developing a customer newsletter for the bank and will manage ongoing creative needs for the communication.
