PFSweb finds its president inside the company

Mike Willoughby previously worked as president of the company’s services division.

PFSweb Inc., which sells e-commerce technology and services to online retailers, has promoted Mike Willoughby, services division president and chief information officer, to president. He will continue to serve as the company’s chief information officer.

He will report to CEO Mark Layton.

“Over the past few years, Mike has served as president of our services division where he created and brought to fruition PFSweb’s end-to-end e-commerce offering that has become the cornerstone of our rapidly growing direct to consumer market segment,” says Layton. “Mike’s vision and strong leadership have become an integral part of our expanding success in the exciting web commerce industry. This expanded role will allow Mike to work with me to further contribute to the overall strategic development of the future vision and direction of our entire company.”

Prior to PFSweb, where he has worked since 1999, Willoughby was president of Design Technologies Inc. and Integration Services Inc.
