ColdwaterCreek.com again ranked first in high broadband availability tests among large retailers for July, says Gomez, the web performance division of Compuware Corp. Last month online shoppers could access the apparel and accessories retailer’s site 98.5% of the time.
The average availability for the top retailers in July was 94.71%, Gomez says. 44 of the 50 retailers tested exceeded last month’s average availability percentage.
Rounding out the top five e-retailers for high broadband availability last month were Cabelas.com (98.31%), Williams-Sonoma.com (98.27%), Chadwicks.com (98.23%) and Newegg.com (98.19%).
