ColdwaterCreek.com again leads in high broadband availability

ColdwaterCreek.com again ranked first in high broadband availability tests among large retailers for June, says Gomez, the web performance division of Compuware Corp. Last month online shoppers could access the apparel and accessories retailer’s site 99.05% of the time.

The average availability for the top retailers in May was 94.39% for high broadband, 86.12% for low broadband and 39.59% for dial-up, Gomez says.

Rounding out the top five e-retailers for high broadband availability last month were Zappos.com (98.95%), QVC.com (98.76%), Chadwicks.com (98.72%) and Williams-Sonoma.com (98.70%).

ColdwaterCreek.com and also had the highest availability percentage for low broadband tests (97.72%), followed by Chadwicks.com (97.24%). Amazon.com led the way in dial-up availability with a rating of 82.86%.
