Rue La La, an invitation-only private sale e-commerce company, named Boston Beer Company vice president of brand development Robert Hall as its chief marketing officer.
Hall will oversee Rue La La’s brand, marketing and customer communications strategies. He will report to Ben Fischman, CEO or Rue La La, No. 103 in the Internet Retailer Top 500 Guide.
“Robert’s appointment amplifies Rue La La’s commitment to driving communication between consumers and brands,” says Fischman. “He will be instrumental in ensuring that we continually enhance our brand positioning and customer experience for the benefit of our partners and membership.”
Hall had worked at Boston Beer Company since 2000. Prior to Boston Beer, he held various positions at Kellogg NA Co., including vice president of marketing, U.S. natural and functional foods, and vice president of North America, cereal innovation.
