TV and web retailer HSN Inc. has promoted Rob Solomon to executive vice president of operations. He’ll report to HSN CEO Mindy Grossman and will join the company’s executive committee.
Solomon will oversee the company’s sales and services, fulfillment, supply chain operations and quality control divisions for HSN, No. 26 in the Internet Retailer Top 500 Guide..
Solomon joined HSN as senior vice president of customer care in 2004. Prior to HSN, he was executive vice president of contact centers and retail locations at Ticketmaster.
