Executive search firm Berglass + Associates has expanded its retail and consumer goods staff with the appointment of two new senior-level recruiters, Laura Kluthe and Rebecca Metz. They will be responsible for helping clients hire high-level executives across a broad range of functions including general management, creative, marketing, e-commerce, finance and operations.

“The business landscape has changed forever and the leaders of tomorrow will require new skill-sets and different personality traits in order to thrive,” says Les Berglass, CEO. “We are pleased to welcome Laura and Rebecca, as their extensive and unique backgrounds will be instrumental in identifying new leaders who can leverage their experiences to build a platform for the future.”

Kluthe rejoins Berglass + Associates with more than 20 years of recruiting expertise, 14 of which were spent with the firm. She specializes in building management teams for retail, fashion and technology companies. She has a strong track record working closely with apparel manufacturers and retailers, the firm says, placing senior-level executives at privately and publicly held companies.

Metz joins Berglass + Associates with 20 years of recruiting, marketing and merchandising experience, most recently having served as Coach Inc.’s senior manager of talent acquisition. In that role, she managed all recruiting activities for Coach’s North American retail, U.S. wholesale and international wholesale.
