Mall Networks names a chief financial officer

Mall Networks Inc., which offers merchant-funded loyalty programs, has hired Karen Cambray as chief financial officer.

Before joining Mall Networks, Cambray was chief financial officer and vice president of operations at Zeemote, a manufacturer of wireless controllers for mobile applications. In the position she managed all of the company’s financial, legal, administrative and operational activities. She has worked as chief financial officer for Groove Mobile, a mobile music company acquired by Livewire Mobile in 2008.

“The breadth of her accomplishments and her years of experience working with emerging technology companies will be a great asset to the company," says Tom Beecher, Mall Networks president and CEO. "As more and more top brands standardize on Mall Networks for their loyalty shopping solutions, it`s critical to have an executive of Karen`s caliber to help manage our growth."

Mall Networks works with more than 700 merchants providing online and in-store shopping programs for its more than more than 100 million members. Its clients include Verizon, Best Buy and Shop.org.
