eFashionSolutions adds marketing and development execs

The e-commerce platform provider has hired Mike Parise as senior vice president of sales and marketing and Andrew West as vice president of strategic development.

E-commerce platform provider eFashionSolutions has hired Mike Parise as senior vice president of sales and marketing and Andrew West as vice president of strategic development.

Parise has 30 years of experience in the computer software, hardware and storage industry. Parise has worked with Parametric Technologies Corp. as senior vice president of the desktop product sales group, and as vice president of sales, marketing and support for Dilligent Technologies, which was later acquired by IBM. He also held several marketing and sales posts at systems maker Data General which was acquired by EMC Corp.

As vice president of strategic technology, West will help eFashion Solutions develop new business models, new industry opportunities and relationships to improve the company’s technology platform. Before joining eFashionSolutions West was founder and chairman of auctionPAL, a live auction platform that helps consumers sell online.

EFashionSolutions hosts and designs e-commerce sites and manages worldwide fulfillment for such apparel brands as DKNY, BabyPhat and Dereon. Its services include buying and merchandising, design, photography, e-marketing, business intelligence, customer service, order management and fulfillment.
