Louis Vuitton Strengthens its Collaboration with ATG

The world leader in luxury brands reinforces its online customer cross-channel end-user experience

Paris, France – 8th December 2009 – ATG (Art Technology Group, Inc, NASDAQ: ARTG), the premier provider of cross-channel and e-commerce solutions, announced today that Louis Vuitton has extended its partnership with the company in order to further extend its presence across the Web and develop innovative cross-channel services. Using the ATG Commerce Suite, Louis Vuitton aims to further enhance its online customer experience by providing novel and innovative services based on a new digital platform concept.

This renewed partnership confirms the remarkable results already achieved by the world`s top luxury brand in online services. The new multi-year agreement includes the roll-out of ATG Commerce 9.1, including ATG Commerce Service Center to optimize the performance of Louis Vuitton Customer Services Centers.

Louis Vuitton will partner with the marketing communications agency Ogilvy to define and implement this new approach the brand is offering to its online customers.
