Rocky Hill, CT - November 13, 2009 Tallan, Inc., a nationwide professional services firm providing business-critical customized technology solutions for its clients, announced today a new partnership with Znode, a leading .Net e-commerce platform.

Tallan has been building e-commerce websites for companies since the Web was in its infancy and even today continues to build and customize e-commerce sites for both SMB and Enterprise clients. The partnership with Znode enables Tallan to offer a full-featured, PCI compliant, e-commerce platform that can be customized to a client’s exact requirements. Tallan services include user experience design and development to complement a client’s new or existing brand, integration with 3rd party providers for services such as sales tax calculations, shipping rates, and payment processing, custom development to implement specific business rules and workflows, and ongoing hosting and support services.

Tallan’s CEO, Craig Branning stated, “We are very excited about our partnership with Znode and the opportunity to provide our clients with a powerful e-commerce tool that is adaptable, customizable, and has the ability to seamlessly manage multiple storefronts for a company.”

Bryan Labutta, Tallan’s Web Property Development Director added, “Znode provides a well-architected, extensible e-commerce platform that allows us to focus on the custom development and integration needed to make our clients’ sites unique, robust, and highly successful.”

Znode’s e-commerce platform, Storefront™, is available in two editions: Singlefront™ and Multifront™. Singlefront enables a customer to deploy a single storefront with a single catalog. Multifront allows much greater flexibility by permitting customers to establish an unlimited number of storefronts, each with their own catalog or by sharing catalogs across stores. Both Singlefront and Multifront are completely customizable to meet diverse brand and business requirements. The e-commerce platforms include advanced SEO capabilities, a Web services-based Integration Middleware tier, and secure, role-based administration that is user-friendly.

Znode Chief Marketing Officer Jeff Haskett noted, “We look forward to our newly formed partnership with Tallan. They are an ideal Znode partner because of their expertise in building e-commerce websites for clients of all sizes. We expect the relationship to be a mutually beneficial one.”
