The Golf Warehouse names a new CEO
The Golf Warehouse, a unit of Redcats USA, has hired Brad Wolansky as CEO. Most recently, Wolansky worked as vice president of global e-commerce at The Orvis Co.

The Golf Warehouse, a unit of Redcats USA, has hired Brad Wolansky as CEO.
Most recently, Wolansky worked as vice president of global e-commerce at The Orvis Co. Inc. and previously as director of e-commerce merchandising at Wilsons The Leather Experts Inc. Wolansky will also serve on the executive committee at Redcats USA, No. 34 in the Internet Retailer Top 500 Guide. Prior to working at Wilsons, Wolansky served as president and general manager of his family’s luggage and executive gifts business.
Wolansky will take over as Golf Warehouse CEO in October and work at the company’s headquarters in Wichita, KS. Redcats USA acquired The Golf Warehouse in 2007 when it purchased The Sportsman’s Guide Inc. for $265 million. The Sportsman’s Guide acquired The Golf Warehouse, a direct marketer of golf equipment and apparel, in 2004. The Golf Warehouse also has two specialty e-commerce sites: SoftballSavings.com and BaseballSavings.com.
