Partsearch Technologies, a retailer of replacement parts for consumer electronics, appliances and other household products, is entering the Canadian market with the launch of the retail site PartsStoreCanada.ca.

The new site will offer 4.1 million products that can be shipped to Canadian customers, who will also be able to order from the company’s U.S. inventory if necessary, Partsearch says. The New York-based company’s master parts catalog contains more than 8 million items.

Partsearch indicates it also intends to enter additional foreign markets. “The Partsearch platform is extensible across boundaries and categories," says Dan Seligson, senior vice president, retail and e-commerce. "We look forward to organizing more international supply chains to support our ongoing expansion into new countries and markets."

In the U.S., Partsearch operates the retail site PartStore.com, No. 350 in the Internet Retailer Top 500 Guide. Partsearch also provides a parts procurement service to other retailers and product warranty administrators.
