ColdwaterCreek.com takes the title as the most consistent site in July

ColdwaterCreek.com led a group of 23 major retailers that achieved an “excellent” web site consistency rating in July, according to Gomez. The top 49 retail web sites measured last month had an average site availability rate of 92.65%.

Rounding out the top five retailers after ColdwaterCreek.com’s 96.78% availability rating, Gomez listed Zappos.com (96.50%), TigerDirect.com (96.21%), Newegg.com (96.05%) and Avon.com (95.91%).

For July, 19 major retailers received a rating of “good,” seven rated “fair” and none was rated “poor.”
