Update adds auto ship, subscription, and collection plans for recurring revenue and multiple payment plans to entice big ticket sales

This update allows shoppers to select from merchant-defined recurring order patterns and pricing options for consumable products in the web store and have the subsequent orders automatically spawned for billing and fulfillment in OMX at the consumer selected interval. And with OMX’s new lifetime value and forecasted sales widgets merchants can plan for the recurring revenue and inventory requirements.

And merchants that need to set up payment plans for higher ticket items can use Beanbasket’s payment plan tool to set up allowable options and parameters and pass those into OMX for billing. Merchants can set up any number of plans with the percentages of price and shipping/handling being independently set. This gives the flexibility to easily match DRTV or print campaigns. For example, split the sale into three equal payments with s/h split on the first two payments or create a plan with an initial 50 percent then 30 percent in 30 days and 20 percent in 60 days.
