New partnership brings expanded ecommerce capabilities to leading reward program provider

(Toronto, Canada, May 28, 2009) Truition Inc., the leading on-demand ecommerce platform provider for retailers and brand manufacturers, is pleased to announce that they have entered into a Strategic Partnership Agreement with Points International Ltd. (TSX: PTS; OTCBB: PTSEF), the world`s leading loyalty reward solutions provider and owner of the Points.com portal.

Points International and Truition have partnered to deliver Truition`s ecommerce solutions to the reward/loyalty program industry. This strategic partnership allows companies with points programs to offer their members the opportunity to purchase goods and services on-line, using their points as currency. Members can even exchange points between different loyalty programs using the Points.com portal.

“We`re very pleased to expand our relationship with Points International”, said Bill Wignall, President and CEO of Truition. He continued, “For the past few years that we’ve been working with Points, it quickly became clear that Points and Truition are providing a very unique and valuable solution for our mutual clients and so it was a no brainer to enter into a Strategic Partnership together and expand our joint solutions. Our combined customers love it and it’s no wonder, since we work well together with Points International and have such complementary products.”

Some of the leading loyalty points programs in the world have adopted this joint solution, including such companies as United Airlines, Starwood Hotels, Delta-Northwest, Priority Club, Continental, etc.

According to Points International President, Christopher Barnard, the Truition solution has become a key part of the full suite of products that Points offers their industry leading customers. “Offering an integrated solution with Truition helps our customers to increase member loyalty by driving up engagement and allowing them to use their points for things other than flights or hotel stays, for example.”
