Search marketing firm Adlucent finds one exec, promotes another

Search marketing firm Adlucent has hired one executive and promoted another to the post of CEO. The firm promoted Jon Armstrong from vice president to CEO and has hired Ashwani Dhar as senior vice president.

Search marketing firm Adlucent has hired one executive and promoted another to the post of CEO. The company promoted Jon Armstrong from vice president to CEO and has hired Ashwani Dhar as senior vice president.

 

Before joining Adlucent, Armstrong was a partner and senior executive at consulting firm Accenture, where he developed and implemented businesses technology strategies. He has also worked as chief operating officer for media company Tribeza, as vice president of services at customer relationship management software firm Contextual and as director at Trilogy, a web and mobile technology firm for the automotive and telecommunications industries. Armstrong has more than 20 years experience in strategy development and executive leadership.

 

Dhar has worked as a senior executive at Trilogy, as well as at human resource, sales and compensation management firm Iconixx. He also founded and managed DC International, a global consulting company that focused on Latin America. Dhar began his career as a consultant with Accenture. He is currently managing partner at venture capital firm Venio Capital Partners.
