Sales Veteran to Execute Expansion Plan for Linkstorm

New York, NY - March 16, 2009 - Performance enhancing, online advertising technology company Linkstorm has appointed media veteran Lou Tosto as its SVP of Sales & Operations. Mr. Tosto has over 20 years of experience working in the advertising industry, most recently as a VP of Sales for McGraw-Hill’s BusinessWeek and BusinessWeek.com.

Linkstorm clients such as Cisco, E*Trade, American Express, Wal-Mart, IBM, Microsoft and Chevrolet have utilized its patented technology BannerXpander to create greater value for their consumers and in turn greater performance for their display ad campaigns. Since its commercial launch in April of 2008, Linkstorm technology has consistently delivered an increase of 2x-5x in click-through rate for some of the world`s largest brands and agencies.

"In our current economy, advertisers are seeking innovative ways to increase the ROI from their display advertising. The unique technology pioneered by Linkstorm allows marketers to get the lift they need to maximize their online advertising investments," said Lou Tosto

Mr. Tosto joined BusinessWeek in 2002 and guided an integrated sales team that represented both BusinessWeek.com and BusinessWeek. Prior to BusinessWeek, Mr. Tosto entered the online advertising world in 1998, first as the ad director of SmartMoney.com, where he worked with Mr. Brandt, CEO of Linkstorm. He became General Manager of SmartMoney.com in 2000 and working with Mr. Brandt led the site through the dotcom bust and to its eventual profitability in 2002. Prior to SmartMoney.com, Mr. Tosto has held various sales management positions. He also spent his formative years in advertising in the media departments of NW Ayer and William Esty Co.

"Lou’s track record in advertising sales combined with his deep relationships make him the ideal candidate to raise our awareness and accelerate our growth.” said Ari Brandt, CEO of Linkstorm.
