Brent Rusick, previously chief executive officer of e-commerce import and export services vendor Comerxia.com and a founding partner of Buy.com Inc., has joined online printing services vendor OvernightPrints.com as president and CEO.

Rusick will oversee new business development, emerging technology and international expansion in a planned corporate restructuring of the company.

Prior to Comerxia, Rusick was chief operating officer at Buy.com, No. 33 in the Internet Retailer Top 500 Guide. In that role, he managed sales, marketing, web design and fulfillment operations for Buy, which brokers deals between buyers and distributors.

Previously, Rusick was director of U.S. distribution for Packard Bell NEC and sales manager for Tech Data Corp.

“As a well-respected pioneer in the e-commerce industry, Brent’s expertise in leading both start-up companies and large, public enterprises will further secure OvernightPrints.com’s position as a leader in small business printing solutions,” says Brett Heap, founder of OvernightPrints’ parent company, Farheap Solutions.
